Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing daily clerical and administrative support to operation department;
  • Handle and follow-up requests, enquiries and feedback from shops;
  • Perform data entry and prepare periodic reports;
  • Ensure effective communication between office and retail shops;
  • Support any other ad hoc duties and project assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • 1 year relevant experience in retail operations or office administration is highly preferred;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, well organized and attentive to details;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and able to work independently;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English;
  • Immediate available is preferred
