Our Company, RGF HR Agent Hong Kong, is looking for Administrative Assistant as below: 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general office administration duties 
  • Handle documentations such as invoicing and perform data entry 
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies and order replacement as needed
  • Maintain a good filing system
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above with relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Less experience or fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication skill, analytical with attention to details, negotiation skills and strong sense of responsibility
