Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of administrative support to the teams.
  • Assist in day to day office administrative.
  • Handle purchase order, pretty cash claim.
  • Report to Director. Whole team around 6 people
  • Perform any additional ad hoc assignments as delegated by the team
  • Liaise with internal staff and external 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or university graduate with at least two years of administrative experience
  • Professional, energetic, presentable with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, willing to learn and hardworking
  • Excellent computer skills in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese-written and spoken required
  • Able to work with expatriates
  • Have a positive attitude and willing to take responsibility
  • Able to co-ordinate and multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
