Administrative Assistant / Officer - (Banking, 12 months Contract)

Core Responsibilities: ·       

  • Support Finance department management team in HBAP on office administration and management activities.
  • Organise and schedule business travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, daily overseas allowance arrangement, corporate cards application, T&E claims and tracking
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting logistics and room booking
  • Handle BuySmart Order including order of stationery, office supplies, pantry items & business card printing
  • Arrange payment settlement for reimbursement to staff or third parties
  • Manage logistics for new joiners and leavers and provide support to internal/external visitors

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Good planning/organizing, interpersonal skills and conscious to details
  • Capable and willing to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent personal motivation with a proven ability to build and work collaboratively in a strong team environment, and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS office
