Job Description & Responsibilities
Candidates could follow one of the following routes according to skill sets as determined by HR.

Product Support

  • Provide pre-sales & follow after-sales clerical support.
  • Assist Team leader in pricing model: setting price levels, managing price discounts and establishing price structure.
  • Responsible for issuing quotations, following up on delivery status to customer satisfaction
  • Provide backend support to Product Team infield.
  • Perform interdisciplinary ad-hoc projects assigned by the director.

Purchasing

  • Support warehouse department: inbound and outbound material movement (transfer, storage, staging and retrieval), parts inspection and stock checking.
  • Assist Team leader in inventory management model: setting stock levels, establishing economic order quantity and classifying stock-keeping unit.
  • Issue Purchase Order to vendors according to pre-set rules
  • Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal parties for day-to-day logistics operations
  • Perform interdisciplinary ad-hoc projects assigned by the director.

General Administration

  • Manage account receivables activities include issuing the monthly statement, the collection of due payment, performing bookkeeping through ERP, reconciling amounts
  • Manage account payable activities include issuing cheques, the review and audit of reimbursement requests.
  • Assist Team Leader with HR function:  monitor KPI, benchmark salary by position, organize company events and talent acquisition.
  • Perform interdisciplinary ad-hoc projects assigned by the director.

Requirement

  • University graduate or above with 1-2 years of experience, previous experience in merchandising, retail, or bank preferred. 
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome. Candidate with >2 years of experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer /Team Leader, AO / Department Manager. Candidate with Diploma will be considered as trainee.
  • Able to work under pressure, responsible and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
