We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Administration Department as Administrative Assistant / Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration duties such as stationery ordering, office equipment repair and maintenance and office security etc.
  • Handle meeting rooms set up for various events
  • Check the billings and prepare expenses reports
  • Exposure to office renovation and office relocation
  • Assist to monitor and enhance operation workflow to increase efficiency
  • Handle ad hoc projects and departmental documentation works

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Administration / Business Management or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and exposure in sizeable organizations preferred
  • Ability to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with a passion to excel and with quality-driven and service-oriented attitudes
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable.
