Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Development team to perform clerical and donation administration tasks including but not limited to data entry, scanning, filing, record keeping and data maintenance
  • Process invoices, receipts and monthly reports
  • Carry out other administrative, office support and other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education (HKCEE/ HKDSE)
  • Hands on experience in clerical or administration work
  • Hands on experience in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • Hard-working, detail-minded, mature and responsible
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
