Duties and responsibilities:

  • Talented clerical assistant to be part of our team
  • Provide day-to-day clerical support to the team in a professional manner
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operation
  • Handing telephone calls and guests greeting
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, preparing purchase orders, stock taking, distributing documents, filing, preparing regularly reports etc.
  • Support the team in ad hoc project as required


  • HKDSE/HKCEE holder passed in English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years clerical / receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Pleasant personality and with professional service attitude
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of Mandarin & Cantonese
  • More experience will consider to be Admin Officer
  • Immediately available highly preferred
