Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform general reception duties such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, emails and faxes, courier and postage arrangement.
  • To provide administrative and clerical support, including conference room booking and scheduling, office cleaning and pantry management, stationery ordering and distribution etc.
  • Responsible for filing and documentation tasks.
  • Other admin ad hoc duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in admin support & receptionist preferably in MNC.
  • Good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English is a must, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Well-versed in MS Office and English/Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
