KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but are not limited to the following)

  • Responsible for the front office area and maintain clean and presentable at all times;
  • Handling receptionist duties such as greeting internal and external guests, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services & update all related record;
  • Manage conference room booking schedule;
  • Support with meeting room set up and resume when needed;
  • Assist in handling all office administration duties such as stationery ordering, pantry supplies, office maintenance, monitoring facilities and equipment smooth in operations and clerical support assigned by direct report "
  • Support to monitoring facilities and equipment smooth in operations;
  • Provide administrative support for business operations such as prepare petty cash claim form, invoice consolidation etc;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for office maintenance;
  • Support with HR related matter when needed;
  • Participant in ad hoc. assignment as required





  • Diploma or above, with 4 years relevant experience preferably in multinational company
  • Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
  • Well organized,  detail-oriented, independent and able to handle multi-tasking & able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill and priority setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
