Administrative Assistant (Sales Department) – Part-time

Responsibilities:

 

- Administrative support on preparation of Publications and Sales Events (including training, meeting, etc)

- Handle departmentaladministrative duties

- Be able to communicate with customers in a courtesy manner

 

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin   

- Candidate with prior working experiences in event coordination would be preferable

- Friendly personality, proactive, willing to learn, honest and responsible

- Hands-on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese word processing is a MUST

* No sales quota and sales call required
