Administrative Assistant / Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support including internal and external communication to the director of the group
  • Managing daily workflows and business correspondence independently
  • Following up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner
  • Arranging executive meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
  • Delivering any ad hoc duties as assigned by the director
  • Hosting executive’s business guests/clients

 

Qualification:

  • HKID Holder is must
  • Degree in Language / Business Administration / Legal Studies or related discipline is preferred
  • 1-2 years of working experience is preferred, with more experience will be considered as Secretary
  • With experience in Purchasing industry is preferred
  • Native English speaker preferred, proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Frequently travel required
  • Immediate available is preferred
