Responsibilities:

  • General office and administrative work and clerical support;
  • Coordinating with the vendors for office equipment maintenance/repairs (e.g. copiers and computers, etc.);
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Secondary Form 5 or above;
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred; more experience will be considered as senior level;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Ability in handling multi tasks and ad hoc assignments;
  • Cheerful personality, willing to help, well-organized and can work independently;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing;
  • Available immediately is preferred.
