Administrative Assistant Trainee

Responsibilities :-

-  Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting/serving clients;
-  Handle incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, postage arrangements, etc;
-  Provide general clerical and administrative support;
-  Filings and ad hoc duties as required;


Requirements :-

- Secondary school graduate or above;
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese;
- Good telephone manner;
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
- Familiar with MS Office.
