Main responsibilities:

  • Support to the department in providing a full-range of administration and operation services, including preparation of documents and business reports
  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and presentations
  • Support on general administration including travel/hotel arrangements, office supplies procurement management, expenses reimbursement and etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ of administration experience in banking industry
  • Experience or knowledge in company secretarial work would be an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
