Our client is a property investment firm in Central, they are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company for a maternity leave coverage assignment until October 2018. Immediately available candidate are highly preferable.
Handle phone incoming phone calls and enquiries
Arrange business travel arrangement for the team
Handle office resources procurement in cost-effective way
Liaise with vendors for contract negotiation
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Immediately available candidates are highly preferable
Degree Holder with minimum 2 years' experience
Experience in administration or relevant experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
