Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the team in maintaining records and filing system
  • Data entry and retrieval of documents
  • Photocopying/ printing of documents
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Handling of reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Management or equivalent
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good at written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well organized
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • HK permanent resident is required
