Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of office admin & human resources functions and activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports & various sales analysis
  • Provide back office support to the frontline sales team
  • Monitor and maintain sales information system
  • Assist accounting operating
  • Ad. hoc assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of concrete relevant experience 
  • Experience in assisting sales and marketing team, & performing sales analysis;
  • Experience in office admin and human resources field
  • Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good PC and information system knowledge including MS Office, English and Chinese Input Processing
  • 5.5 days’ work
  • Immediate available preferred
