The Job

  • Responsible for office administrative operations including but not limited to data input, documentation, office supplies management and office maintenance etc.
  • Provide clerical support to the company
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assignet


Requirement

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Flexible, articulated, strong communication skills, co-operative, good sense of responsibility and detail in mind
  • Good time management and priority setting capabilities on all assigned projects
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin
