Administrative Assistant

  • Greeting and registration of guests and visitors
  • Perform daily office administration duties e.g. business card production, office equipment management including stationary and pantry items
  • Liaise with finance department for office expenses consolidation
  • Handling outgoing mails and courier packages
  • Provide administrative support to Managing Director
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required


  • Minimum F.7 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently
  • Pleasant, responsible, detailed-minded, hardworking & self-initiated
