Responsibilities:

  • Provide office administrative and clerical support
  • Handle dispatch, receipt and distribution of documents and materials
  • Maintain filing and record keeping
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Arrange procurement of office supplies
  • Assist reception duties
  • Perform ad hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above with related working experience
  • Good in spoken / written English and Putonghua
  • Good in MS Word / Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
