Job Requirements 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2 years of related admin/secretarial experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic, proactive and able to work with teams.
  • Cheerful, detail minded, results oriented and willing to accept new challenges.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently.
  • Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese


  • Perform office clerical duties such as data entry, filing and scanning
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, such as order stationery, office maintenance, arrange interview
  • Managing the Director’s calendar, arrange daily appointments, meetings schedule and travel arrangements
  • Provide daily operational support to various departments.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
