Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide general office administration services for the department and the Company;

Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;

Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;

Requirements

Form 5 or above with formal secretarial or Administration training

1 year working experience

Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Responsible, mature and good team mate

Willing to work under pressure, initiative, self-motivate

Immediate available is preferred
