Job Description :

  • Responsible for general reception and administrative support including attendance record and leave management, etc….
  • Greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in professional manners
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails, courier services and postage arrangements
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintenance
  • Administer conference room bookings and oversee pantry area
  • Liaise with vendors in order to provide high quality of service
  • Assisting in hotel and flight bookings
  • Ensure the smooth operation and running of the Reception station
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in receptionist and administrative support
  • DSE or above
  • Good command of English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good telephone manner with cheerful and friendly character
  • Adaptable, pro-active and willing to learn, can work under pressure to meet tight schedule
