Job Duties : 

  • Perform general clerical and administrative support to Accounts team
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments as requiared

Job Requirements : 

  • DSE or above 
  • Preferrably with 1 to 2 years working experience in general administrative work.  Fresh Graduates may also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Outdoor work occasionally required
