The position is responsible for supporting administration work related to account receivable issues with the following key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Prepare paperwork and follow up on enquiries
  • Produce regular reports for management's review
  • Gather and document data into proper systems as per client's requirements
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum one year experience in administration or customer service
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English; ability to speak Mandarin an asset
  • Proficient PC skills in Excel
  • Immediate Available preferred
