Job Description:

  • Responsible for general administrative support
  • Prepare attendance/leave report for management review
  • Responsible for office supplies control and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in business travel booking & arrangement
  • Assist in organizing company functions and events
  • Support Receptionist during her/his absent and toys fair
  • Conduct ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head.                    


  • Diploma holder or above                           
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience                            
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must                    
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese/Chinese & Mandarin        
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skill                               
  • Able to work under pressure
