Unit for Students with Special Educational Needs (USSEN)

The appointee will be required to provide administrative and clerical support to the Unit for Students with Special Educational Needs (http://sa.hkbu.edu.hk/ussen) in handling frontline services, liaising with the community, manipulating filing system and database, updating website and researching materials, organising events and performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should (i) have an educational qualification of at least matriculation standard (Associate Degree or other relevant qualifications) with at least two years of work experience; (ii) be proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage); (iii) have good computer literacy, including webpage applications and Chinese word processing; and (iv) have good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee should be positive, well-organised, meticulous, self-motivated, people and service oriented, and willing to learn.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
