Position: Administrative Assistant

Department: HR & Admin Department

Working hour: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception and administrative duties;
  • Responsible for answering phone calls, handling incoming & outgoing mails and couriers, managing conference room booking;
  • Greet and serve visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in managing office files, ordering stationary, office supply, and office equipment maintenance, etc;
  • Provide personal and business support to senior management;
  • Perform ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with related working experience as Secretary / Administrative Assistant;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
