Responsibilities

  • General administration duties including office equipment maintenance and supplies and coordinate with vendors, support IT administration
  • Documentation and correspondence drafting
  • Agenda and minutes preparation
  • Organize meetings, venue booking and company activities
  • Secretarial support to doctors
  • Job arrangement to subordinate

 Requirements

  • Matriculated preferred
  • Minimum 4 years working experience
  • Working experience with clinic & hospital a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
  • good IT knowledge background will be an advantage
  • Good command of written English is a MUST

40 hours weekly. Fringe benefits include Performance Bonus, Mandatory Provident Fund, Annual Leave and Hospital Insurance. Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
