  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the department
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly expense report and maintain daily correspondences of the team
  • Maintain all office-related files and records
  • Co-ordinate with various internal departments on daily works
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments


  • F.5 or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 2-3 years of secretarial experience
  • Highly organized, initiative and able to work independently
  • Detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
