Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Service Department
  • Prepare service reports and sales orders
  • Handle invoicing and expenses claims process
  • Input and update service record and data in database
  • Manage department filing system, log books and database
  • Provide clerical and logistics support for business travels
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year in related position or operation activity
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Team player, able to plan and execute work under time pressure
