Requirements and Preferred Attributes:

  • Tertiary education
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in office administration duties.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling full set of accounting books / committee work / administration
  • IT knowledge and Computer skills
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in preparation of fundraising proposals and organization of fundraising activities an advantage


Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Provide daily office administration and clerical HR support
  • Responsible for full set of accounts including daily operations in invoicing/payments
  • Assist in preparation of reports and publications, etc.
  • Co-ordination of activities



Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
