Administrative Assistant

The incumbent will be responsible for handling the admin functions for our Company.


  • Handle daily administration works such as data entry, proceed invoice, site document handling and filing;
  • Provide general office administrative support on daily operations;
  • Handle incoming calls and customer's inquiries;
  • Handle ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure, self-motivated, meet tight deadlines;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
