Administrative Assistant

A leading Financial Services company around the globe is now looking for an Admin Assistant to support their teams in the Hong Kong Office. Office locates in the prime area of Hong Kong - Central. Successful candidates would be expected to be able to speak excellent English and native Cantonese. With a bubbly, can-do attitude would be highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general routine administrative duties including but not limited to office supplies, office equipment maintenance and inventory control
  • Assist in organizing company events, activities and functions
  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages
  • Input and output company database
  • Able to use Ms Word/Excel
  • Handle other ad hoc project assigned


Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Preferably with some administrative work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Fast and accurate word processing and typing skills (at least 50 wpm)
  • Experience in managing MS Outlook calender is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must; Cantonese langugage required
