With our fast-growing expansion in Greater China, an excellent opportunity new exists for a high calibre candidate to join us.

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for providing a full spectrum of administration services in Hong Kong including but not limited to :

  • Office and warehouse procurement/supplies, repair & maintenance
  • Equipment management
  • Telecommunications
  • Admin expenses monitoring
  • Support reception duties
  • Travel arrangement, e.g hotel booking, visa arrangement
  • Printing
  • Handle office renovation or relocation projects
  • General clerical Support, e.g. staff attendance, insurance & license renewal
  • New staff on board preparation
  • Company annual events
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, with office renovation, relocation is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS offices applications
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
