Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate department meetings and events scheduling and preparation
  • Maintain and manage database, data consolidation and gather documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on day-to-day operation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration / Administration Management or related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
