The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office of First Initiative Foundation.
This role involves various clerical tasks including written correspondences in English, the usage of tools like Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, office equipment, planning timetables, events, guest lists, as well as handling expenses, purchases and management of day to day activities.
This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, a proactive mindset, quick thinking and the ability to make sound strategic decisions based on established policies and procedures. Your clerical skills will need a high degree of accuracy, coordination and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work based on the situation at hand.
