Our Office Manager works really, really hard keeping everyone else organized, as a consequence, she has been promoted twice in the past year. Now, she needs help with the following:

  • Organizing and maintaining files, and databases, in a confidential manner
  • Managing internal and external communication including emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and meetings [as needed] by the MD and senior management team
  • Providing support in the development and execution of standard operating policies and procedures for the administrative function.

Most importantly, you’re a self-starter - it's great if you have a diploma or even a degree, but most importantly we’re looking for someone with a great attitude who can be at work on time.
