Administrative Assistant

Discovery Mind Kindergarten

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and answer enquiry of visitors and parents
  • Schedule bookings and meetings
  • Coordinate student shuttle bus service
  • Process mail and other delivery services
  • Prepare and send school notices, newsletters and reports
  • Collect school fees and do the necessary follow up actions
  • Order school resources
  • Help out on school events
  • Upload and keep up-to-date information on school website and eclass system
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date parents and students information
  • Follow up on school maintenance work
  • Maintenance of school information system and records
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required


  • Post Secondary with commercial training
  • Minimum 2 years experience in office administration and customer service
  • Good PC skill and MS Office application
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
