Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, such as writing minutes, letters and reports for Administration Department as well as Senior Management.
  • Answer telephone enquires and perform daily routine administration tasks.
  • Assist the Senior Executive to organize events and projects as required.
  • Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays is required if necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least two year’s work experience, experience in the social service sector or NGOs highly preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written English language
  • Proficient in Putonghua is preferable
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing e.g. 速成 or 倉頡
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Meticulous, patient and work under pressure
