Accountabilities

  • Support all round office administration works including procurement of office supplies, equipment & facilities maintenance.
  • Perform stock-taking the materials and update inventory records
  • Organize company events and employee activities
  • Handle flights, hotel & transportation booking
  • Supervise the Admin team and back up admin duties
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ related working experience
  • Knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills and negotiation skill
  • Customer-oriented, mature and pleasant personality
  • Work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
