Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to Quality and Risk Management Department
• Maintain and upkeep the filing system of restricted or confidential documents
• Prepare regular reports
• Centralize departmental procurement
• Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements
• Associate Degree or above with minimum 2 years’ working experience
• Previous experience in logistics industry or personal assistant to senior managers will be a definite advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Mature, independent, reliable and able to perform consistently under considerable pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
