Responsibilities :

  1. Handle full range of company secretarial and administrative duties
  2. Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  3. Manage schedules (e.g. arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings
  4. Attend meetings, prepare minutes and documents
  5. Handle filing system and documentation control (minutes, CR form, bank statement etc.)
  6. Process payment via e-banking or cheque
  7. Update Cash Flow Excel
  8. Outdoor duties occasionally
  9. Execute other assignments as appointed by the manager

Requirements :

  1. Form 6 or above
  2. Detail-minded, willing to learn, self-motivated, well organized and responsible.
  3. Good communication & interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  5. Immediately available is preferred
  6. Fresh graduates are welcomed
