We are looking for a responsible candidate to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The candidate must possess:
- general administrative skills such as handling client queries over the phone and/or email
- liaise with operations and tech departments within the business and external vendors to ensure projects run smoothly
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and manage cases across Asia
- Responsible for data entry and billing
Further duties will also involve liaising with internal departments, as well as a wide range of freelance providers, allocating people to suitable jobs and keeping all providers updated on schedules as bookings change. The job also involves close liaison with resourcing teams in overseas Epiq offices (primarily United States, Singapore, UK and Australia). The ability to work independently and to take initiatives is desirable.
The business is fast-paced and requires a committed person who is highly organised, with excellent communication and administration skills, and the ability to learn
the workflows of a niche industry. Native or near-native English is essential. Chinese language skills and a legal background are useful but not essential.
