Job Duties : 

  • Perform general clerical and administrative support to Accounts team, ie. answering incoming calls, courier service arrangement, handling incoming and outgoing mails
  • Responsible for vouchers (Issue cheques)
  • To handle staff expenses claim and maintain petty cash
  • Maintain an up-to-date database
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements : 

  • DSE or above
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in general administrative work.  Fresh graduates may also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Outdoor work occasionally required
