Arranging courier orders and monitor meeting room reservations
Clerical works and other tasks assigned by supervisor
Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Well-organized, responsible and proactive attitude
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command in Mandarin and English
