Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to Management
- Assist in coordinating projects & business events assigned by management
- Assist in simple human resources management
- Assist in keeping inventory and office supplies
- Compile different reports & proposals
- Support other ad-hoc projects and duties
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in office administration
- Working experience in small- to medium-sized advertising agencies or PR firms is a plus
- Good working attitude, well-organized and highly responsible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is a plus
