Work Responsibilities:

Administration & Operation (Major)

  •        Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties in relation to all office administration.
  •        Maintain and update administrative filings and documents.
  •        Collaborate with various departments to implement exhibition management practices.
  •        Assist in pre-exhibition preparation, logistics coordination, venue set-up/dismantling and on-site event supervision.
  •        Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for daily gallery and office maintenance, e.g. stationery, pantry, insurance, etc.
  •        Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Human Resources (Minor)

  •        Prepare the monthly retail staff commission, payroll, autopay and MPF declaration.
  •        Handle the resigned/terminated staff last day assessment and their inquiries.
  •        Prepare the annual salary tax return.
  •        Assist in the recruitment process.
  •        Handle medical insurance renewal, working visa application and extension.


  •        Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent.
  •        1 year of relevant experience is preferable; Fresh graduate will be considered.
  •        Proactive, mature, responsible, hard-working, willing to learn, and a team player.
  •        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  •        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  •        Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese Word Processing.
  •        Immediate availability is preferable.
