Handle admin tasks regarding renewal process for VIP clients
Prepare agency reporting and data analysis
Prepare member briefing presentation deck
Prepare loss ratio report
Handle printing service
Other admin services
F.5 or above
1-2 years relevant working experience
Fresh graduates will also be considered if candidates have good attitude
Analytical skill and attentive to details
Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) and Chinese typing (速成/倉頡)
Knowledge in Vlookup & Pivot Table is preferred
Responsible, good attitude and willing to work under pressure
Good communication with English and Mandarin, is preferred
Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
